- I am passionate about coffee. I am a home roaster/home barista. I love to experiment with every variable at my disposal to produce the highest cup quality. I am roasting on a gene cafe home roaster, and experimenting with espresso on my delonghi espresso machine (not that great, but i'm saving!) I am looking for a future in the coffee industry as a roaster and a coffee shop owner. I love learning about coffee and using that knowledge to roast and prepare coffee to its fullest potential.

- Ethiopia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Brazil, Nicaragua, Colombia, Peru...and many more!
