- Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
- I've been making coffee since September 2010. That was when I gained a job at the only coffee shop in my hometown with an in-house roaster. Let's just say it was basically a love at first shots thing.
I worked at that roaster for a year and four months. Then I moved to Portland, looking for more wisdom. I have been fortunate to have gained a lot of that. Currently I work for an old Stumptown account (the Fresh Pot, check it,)
I have started competeing in latte art throwdowns and am competing in this years' Big Western event.
- What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
- New Zealand, Ireland, Ethiopia, Uganda, Colombia, Australia, Brazil, Italy. Coffee places.
