- Absolutely in love with coffee and all things related to the bean. Very interested in learning the skills of how to be a skilled roaster. love meeting people that are as passionate about coffee as i am and learning all that i can from them.

- Very open to travelling, their is so much to see and do in so many different amazing countries.

- In love with the bean and all the differing aspects of it. I am about to travel the globe on a adventure to find the best coffee and hope to meet many amazing people and learn all they have to share with me.
- About My Company:
- Have been working at a chocolate cafe for the last two and a half years. working with local boutique roasteries learing all that i can from them whilst developing a blend for the cafe. Competed on a national level in Australia in 05 but will be absolutely amazed at the skills of the baristas when i see my first WBC in Copenhagen YAY!!!!

I am a biotech grad but i have long held a PASSION for coffee and tea. I have experience working as a barista in an italian cafe chain an also juice bars.
I am hoping to get my hands on a domobar or appia for my home one day. Hydrocolloids and flavor pairing are interesting topics which i am learning now.
I am also trying to get a job as a barista and learn some roasting techniques in Adelaide. Could you help me out here?
