- Single owner operator with a life-long passion for food, perfect coffee, independent music and art and small business. Bailed on a corporate gig to take the plunge as the second owner of a coffeehouse succeeding in its first year. So far so good. Have never forgotten that it all starts with the right grind, dose, distribution and tamp. VIVA Barista!
