Chad, thanks for the batch of RSB that you distributed for the GCBC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I roasted up a # in my air roaster and after a 3 day rest, it was a wonderfully welcome change of pace from all the Centrals that I have been drinking this year. It's been around 2 years since I last had any RSB. A flexible blend that pairs well with a quality Brazilian for espresso that I'm eager to try again.
Thank you!
