Own a "seasonal" coffee cart and outdoor cafe near Juneau's cruise ship docks. High volume location during the summer months. I also own and operate an Italian gelato cart. My background includes barista, gelato and chocolate production training.

I enjoy owning a business and working in the specialty coffee industry. I make a point to attend barista, gelato production and chocolatier seminars on an annual basis.

Thanks for your prompt response. Alaska has always been a place I want to visit (nature, flyfishing, trekking, mountain bike, etc) but being exactly at the other extreme of the continent doesn`t make it easy. I would be at Seattle by end of July, and I was planning to visit Alaska by beg August, definitively in an ATV. I`ll let you know any news about the trip.
