Thanks Chris, good to hear from you. Yeah, I clean my machine at the end of the day, and I think that is a key part of the super auto process. I have had no problems converting people from the 'bux to myself, so I guess I am doing something right. I am currently looking into trying different beans in order to improve even further. Too bad you did not get to play around with the settings on the machines, would have been nice to have that kind of insight.
