Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have been a coffee roaster for eleven years and work with green coffee quality. I travel to origin and am involved with a number of training programs.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Colombia, Nicaragua,El Salvador, Peru,Guatemala,Panama,Bolivia,Sumatra,Ethiopia.

I have been to a few of the countries but there are some that I would really like to visit.

About Me:

I really enjoy working with coffee. I like the passion that people in the industry have and I also enjoy the coffee community.

I have worked at small, medium, and now a large roasting company. I started on a L12 Probat. I have done many things in my time with coffee including espresso machine repair, roasting, cupping, and green coffee buying.

About My Company:

I work for a larger sized roaster in the Portland area. They are really supportive in training and we are working on some pretty cool projects.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Coffee... It is a good thing.
