Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I started making Starbucks coffee, but oh little did I know then. When I moved to Corpus Christi I started working at a little coffee shop just minutes from the beach where I was the sole employee not counting the boss. The shop was sold just 9 months after I began working there with no heads up to me. The scary part was my boss new very little about the industry. However, we have overcome these obstacles to bring the best coffee we can to Corpus. I graduate college in a year, after that I plan to move to Austin where I can open a coffee shop/bakery of my own!!!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would like to make a circuit traveling to different countries seeing how they grow, roast and brew coffee.
