Hm, I don't know. I might be too lazy to draw a cartoon and upload it on here, but basically you start pouring as if you were going to make a heart, but instead of following through you stop pouring, and then pour a small dot of foam under that (which will be the bottom part of the skull). The teeth, eyes and nose are made with a thermometer tip (make sure you wipe the thermometer each time you make a stroke) by pushing the crema on top in or carrying it from the perimeter. It's really not too hard once you try and figure out what makes it look good. And scaaaaary. ;)
