Worked at a shop for less then a year now Im a home barista with my gs3 that im lookong into opening my owe shop in the next few years.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The whole cycle of it. How transparent it could be, the taste, the craft, the taste in so little change but most would be the very right begging of it at origen the fincas I love the humbleness of the people there and also right at the end of the cycle when you give a cup of coffee to someone the joy of that person that receives it.
