Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am looking to open a specialty coffee shop...the plan I am working on will have it exist within another business we are considering purchasing in small town Saskatchewan. I am working on my business plan from that perspective but may consider the same business in northern Alberta as an alternative.
