Currently working at Clarence Center Coffee Co., a small labor-of-love cafe in a tiny town outside of Buffalo, NY. And I love it! Continuing to fall further in love with coffee, coffee farms, espresso extraction, latte art, roasting and everything else to do with coffee, I am always looking to further my knowledge and experience. Despite the technology I have to work with at my tiny shop (or lack thereof), i practice my art everyday and invite my customers and peers to enjoy our unique atmosphere and scintillating aromas!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

EVERY ONE!! Wanna go somewhere? Let's go! Travel is hugely important to me so I have been trying to save up to do more of it. Looking to move to a nice city with an incredible coffee scene, any suggestions?

About Me:

My favorite pastime is working 50+ hours a week at my cafe! I am eager to learn and will listen for hours about cafe technology and maintenance, managing and business practices, sensory science, food, coffee, or anything related to the aforementioned! Atmosphere in a cafe and close management are extremely important to me as well, and I constantly strive to invigorate my fellow employees with my love and passion for good times, good food and great espresso. I am always seeking a new adventure to strive for, so who knows? maybe we'll meet at a cafe far far away somewhere

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The passion that from bean to bar quality and fairness down from the farmers, to the baristas, even to the earth itself is ensured. That despite being a luxury good, we can recognize it's impact on the world and do our best to make every cup the best.
