Not a barista but we are dealing with honey processed coffee on which it won the first place on the national barista tournament done in march 2013

the ones that are interested in a real fine honey processed coffee

its an industry on which what you dispute for is the best taste but it doesn't only depends on us the coffee cultures but on peoples taste...
