- It all started when I was a wee little girl and my father use to ask..."who wants to make her Dad a cup of coffee?" ........... oh the dread... I hated it! But yet it was the beginning of a whole new world of the love of coffee tasting.
Look at me now Dad!!! I own my own coffee roasting company!! Thanks Dad... I'll get that coffee for you now (with a smile!) Heck I'll buy it, roast it, grind it, brew it, serve it and drink it with ya!!

I´m interested in your opinion to Diedrich roasters. I´m from Hamburg/Germany and want to buy an IR-12 for a new shop.
P.S. Portland is a very cool. I visited Oregon and Vancouver/BC in January to join a class at the ABC. Quiet similar to Hamburg- lot of rain :-(
