About Me:
I am 23 years old with a Bachelor of Business Studies and own the roasting company Merito Espresso in Auckland New Zealand. With ME Coffee Boutique opening in the next month in Auckland CBD.
About My Company:
Merito Espresso - Hand Crafted in New Zealand


We aim to provide coffee that makes getting up in the morning about as good as it can get.

Merito Espresso is a small company which prides itself in delivering the freshest coffee possible.

We import the finest beans from around the world, choosing only premium product grown on Coffea Arabica shrubs.

The beans are then hand roasted in small batches to ensure perfection and let rest for the ideal taste

Hi Hans;

I'm intrigued... your website says "the green beans are then roasted and let sit for up to 8 days." - do you mean that's the oldest you'll sell them at, or are they that age when dispatched? Surely not?? I have found that the shelf life of arabica is 7-10 days max, with the BEST flavour developing after 2-3 days. Can you enlighten me, as I also share your passion for the freshest beans possible? Thanks, Eddie, Machiatto Espresso
