- I am currently working towards opening my own shop, but in order to do so I need to focus on gaining experience in the process. I have never worked in the coffee industry before, which is why I went to Water Avenue Coffee for their Bellisimo Coffee Advisors workshop in order to start off on the right foot for the knowledge and skills I need for this transition.

- About Me:
- I am making the transition to the coffee world from the healthcare field. It has been my dream for a little over 6 years now to get out of the healthcare system and into starting my own coffee business and to chase the dreams that I have within that coffee business.
- About My Company:
- In short, it will be a coffee shop focused on bringing community back together again with a focus on people realizing their passions and then chasing after them.
- What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
- Camaraderie between everyone in the coffee industry. From my observation, everyone wants everyone to succeed and is willing to help each other due to their equal love for coffee
