Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have been a coffee enthusiast for 5 years. As with many people, I had thought that Starbucks was the epitome of all things espresso and coffee. I love coffee, I am constantly in the hunt for that hole-in-the-wall coffee place which can give me me and I would like to quote Mark Prince of Coffee Geek "that God in a cup experience". I am planning to enroll in a barista school next year in order to further pursue my plans of becoming a professional barista.
