I have helped set up and train many shop owners. I've recently opened my first little shop, and serve organic espressos. I know quite a bit about various coffees.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I lived in North Africa and France. I would like to go back one day.

I've been roasting coffee over 7 yrs. I'm the first and only coffee company certified organic by the state of ND.
I love family, roasting, camping, and fishing.
