I am the Roast Master (not Master Roaster though) for Topeca Coffee, I've been roasting for a year, and was a barista before that. Coffee is life and espresso is my blood.
About My Company:
Topeca coffee is a (if not the only) seed to cup company, the plantation that we get our coffee from is located in El Salvador on the Santa Ana volcano, it has been in my bosses wife's family for about a hundred and fifty years. We roast the coffee here in Tulsa Oklahoma, and sell it to coffee shops and offices, we also have a cafe so quality can be assured and controlled from the seed to the edge of the cup.

the coffee duh-hoy.

This site however continues to facinate me much as coffee continues to. I can honestly say that I've learned more about the nuance of pulling a shot of espresso than in years of trial and error. There is also the people. Here I'm likely to meet intellegent individuals of passionate reason guided interest rather than the common social networking… Continue

The next shipment of coffee is well on it's way, should arrive Wednesday. 38,000 lbs of el Salvador's finest. Man it's going to be a busy couple of weeks. We'll also get some more naturals and some traditionaly washed coffees. All and all I'm pretty stoked.

Well wish us luck and… Continue
