I am experienced on a Nuova Simonelli Aurelia. I pour a decent rosetta, and I am helplessly addicted to caffeine. I am also an experienced short order breakfast cook.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I am completely flexible though I don't have a passport right now.
About Me:
I have just finished my M.S. in Geophysics, and I have been working for the past year as a barista and cook at Manzanares Street Coffeehouse in Socorro, NM. I am currently thinking about staying up in ABQ for a while. In my spare time I practice Contemporary Wushu, Traditional Shaolin White Crane Kung Fu, and Yang Family Taijiquan.
About My Company:
I currently work at Manzanares Street Coffeehouse. It is a great little shop, and currently it is the only non-Starbucks coffeeshop in Socorro county, NM. The coffee is freshly roasted and shipped to us by Intelligentsia Coffee in Chicago. The shop is equipped with a 2-head Nuova Simonelli Aurelia. We serve a wide range of breakfast items, pastries, gelato, and lunch sandwiches.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I like the creativity.
