Yea, we meet people from New College every year at FCHC. To answer you question, I roast on the 3rd-floor outdoor balcony of my residence hall. Used to roast in the courtyard. How bout yourself, where do you go to roast?

Jonathan- Thanks for the note! If you ever make it up this way, please stop by. We're trying our best to improve the coffee environment up here in Gainesville. I grew up in Dunedin, and I know what a vast wasteland the tampa bay area has traditionally been. I don't know if there's enough critical mass to have a barista jam up here (or, at least, a sanctioned jam), but we do have frequent cuppings and events. Just keep an eye on voltacoffee.com and be sure to send me an email if you can make it up.
