- I am in love with manual Brewing. I cannot get enough of it. I hope sooner than later that we will have a manual brewing bar at our shop. Single-Origin coffees are a favorite always over blends. But I will always love me a small latte, when the feeling is right.
- What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
- Really, Anywhere...I love to see the different cultures and meet different people from around the world.
- About Me:
- I am a Barista at Lucie Monroe's Specialty Coffee in Christiansburg, VA. I have grown a lot as a barista and have fallen in love with the bean. I am also a seminary student and hope to have coffee as a means of income which is great because I really enjoy my job. This is something I see myself doing in the long term as I strive to live a life of serving Jesus.
- About My Company:
- Lucie Monroe's Specialty Coffee is a year old this coming February. We have grown alot in a year as we seek to be the best coffeehouse in the NRV, VA. We want a standard to be set that is much higher than the majority of Coffeeshops and we want to see a coffee culture and community build in southwestern, VA.
