I went from coffee, to tech, to fine dining, and found my way back to coffee when I landed a barista job at Sightglass in San Francisco. I am now working on opening a traveling specialty coffee bar called Pin Drop Coffee.

The fact that there is no "right" way to do anything. Everything is so variable and everyone's palette is different.
