How is your roastery going? If you need any help, let me know. I plan on spending some time in Hawaii later this month. I've got 5+ years of coffee retail management experience (running my own very successful stores, Trabant Coffee and Chai) and an MBA. Now I just want to travel to beautiful locations and help people realize their coffee dreams.
