Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I don't have all that much experience but I've been working around coffee for about three years now- since I graduated high school. I took an immediate liking to all that is coffee and you could say its turned into an extreme love (or obsession). I hope to absorb as much knowlege as I can and one day own my own shop and put my entrepreneurship degree to good use.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Any places rich in culture are places I would like to travel. I'd like to go to Paris again- now that I'm old enough to truely appreciate it. I've also always wanted to see Venice or any other great places in Italy.

About Me:

I'm twenty years old and I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I'm in school right now to attain a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. I have worked at a cafe called Coffee Fusion for two years now and it is my home away from home. I like to read and write and I love music.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The day to day personal interaction with customers- the relationships you build with them. And the love that so many share of the roasted bean :)
