- I have been trained by the first African barista champion and i work at his coffee shop.Im perfecting on latte art and signature drinks.

- Im 25 years old and im a marketer.I went to an exhibition that was organized by a coffee reasearch institute and from the moment how i was taught the process of cupping,I fell in love with coffee.Im now a trained barista and Im awaiting certification by SCAE.

I see you have Mike as a friend too. I have always considered him a mentor. Mike is one of the top espresso men in the business. He is very humble so he might not agree but next to his espresso knowledge is his coffee roasting skills. As often as I can I stop by his shop and try his espresso that he blends and roasts, just to test and compare to my espresso blends.
I love stopping by his shop to network and try drinks from his great baristas too.
