- About Me:
- I have worked as a Sales Rep for Longbottom Coffee and Tea in Hillsboro, Oregon since 1999. Previously, I was a part owner of a coffeehouse, drive-thru, and high end catering company in Eastern Oregon. I grew up in Ludwigsburg, Germany and attended chef school in Paris, France at the prestigious Ecole de Gastronomie Francaise Ritz-Escoffier with an emphasis on traditional French Cuisine along with Wine Tasting and Floral arranging.

So sorry for taking so long to respond. Somehow I didn't see your message to me until now. My plans are coming along. I just filed my trademark with the US Patent & Trademark office in June! I am planning to start looking at property around December. Right now I'm swamped at my day-time job so I've been relying on consultants to help me with a number of items.
