Thanks for joining the TCCC group.
I love your comment about the level of coffee shops in the Twin Cities. I have been asking the same question and aiding independents with this issue for some time and hope to continue to enforce the fact that an independent cafe has a place in the market and it is our responsibility to inform the coffee geek that we not only exist, but that we make better products and have more passion. I would love to stop by and share some ideas with you if you get some time.

We have 8 or 9 pups, I can never remember the grand total. We are trying to adopt our one of our bassets that has some adjustment "issues." Hope you are doing good!
