I am documenting all the different elements of the processing methods; while living on a coffee plantation, mill, and roastery, called Finca and Benficio El Manzano.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Would love to visit the rest of central and south america; Ethiopia & Australia.
About Me:
24 years old from Lantana, FL. Moved to El Salvador, with a desire to learn about coffee production. Love to create through writing, photography, and film; would love to use all in the coffee industry.
About My Company:
Presently am working for Cuatro M, Single Origin Coffee; documenting the different elements and levels of coffee production; and hosting clients. I also run a blog, and am waiting to see where this takes me.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
That it has the potential to benefit the lives of both consumer and growing community.
