Martin Diedrich started Kean coffee in 2005after leaving diedrich coffee in 2002. I have been with Kean since the opening. We are the only coffee shop that roasts in house in orange county!

Yes , remember about fresh versus store bought crap. How long after the coffee has been roasted is it still fresh. I used to know but somehow forgot that answer.
