sounds like a fair swap! :) we're thinking about a vehicle (not a trailer or hitched unit) that we can serve coffee and food from. i've seen quite a few cupcake trucks on the internet (like sprinkles in LA), but none of those serve coffee.

cookies...i have lots of ideas! we do a mocha crinkle that incorporates ground coffee beans which might be nice for you. we also have a great chocolate chip cookie recipe that we use as a base for other flavor combinations like white chocolate cranberry, etc. let me know if you have any thoughts on flavors or cookie types. we usually make big batches of dough, portion it into balls and then bake them throughout the day.

Mike! more compliments to pass on. I had a couple who are regulars at Caffe Artesiano in Vancouver (an amazing place if you are not familiar)... say they finally found it's equal in Sedona, raved about the espresso, bought 2 bags, sent all their friends, and (I am NOT making this shit up) told me their decision to buy a home in the VOC was influenced by the availability of this espresso... Also, my friend who is a roaster at Pronto is visiting and was very impressed with his ristretto as well as his capp... Rock on!

There is def something different about this batch, need a few more days to taste... so far the mouthfeel seems slightly different, and the acidity is a bit cleaner, the flavor slightly less earthy... did you change the alter the Indo in the mix? More later... I think we should Pow Wow soon...

Mr. (Dr.) Funk. Your coffee and crew continue to impress. I believe this is the finest batch of Boxcar so far. The finish is cleaner, and it has great balance and complexity (it can be hard to get both of those), nice vibrant acidity that seems just a touch softer, and a silkier mouthfeel. The press pot service is taking off, and so far ALL feedback has been very positive. We have sold all the retail Sidamo that arrived 3 days ago. It is awesome watching the very first time some has a truly beautiful coffee, and it has been a daily site at Red Rock.
