i was working in costa coffee karachi pakistan for last four years, in various outlets. i satarted work in costa coffee as a barista, and i proved my skills, so the management has decided to promote me step by step, i worked as supervisor, then promoted as asst-manager , and then promoted as manager, as i started from grass route level, so i m well known about all opperations.i m good coffee maker too.
