I've never had Turkish style coffee before ... I don't like the grittiness of it, but since I've never tried it ... how do I know it's gritty?

Wholesale? We are a 'roaster/retailer' meaning we don't push the wholesale side. We're not opposed to it, but our focus is more on Our product that We retail. You buy Our coffee from Our cafe. Granted, I'm not the voice of the owner, but this is what I have deduced from working there. We don't have a salesperson, and 100% of our wholesale accounts have come to us to sell our coffee, not the other way around. To answer you pricing question, I don't have that answer. If I come across a toll-roaster, I will let you know. I was looking into starting my own company last year, but the two roasters I knew went out of business, unfortunately.
Nice. You probably know Jocylyn, then! Bird Rock is rad! The cafe I managed and roasted for, previously, was not "3rd wave" as much as I tried to make it (hey, SD business mentality is money-money-money) and so it's refreshing to work for Bird Rock! The focus is 100% on the coffee and there is ZERO B.S. This will be the opportunity I've waited many years for; to learn in this type of environment and adopt these standards of excellence. I, literally, have no idea what to expect tomorrow - it's been a trip since moving down here! I simply want to take what I can and make the most of it while I can, and I'm grateful to be able to take what Bird Rock has to offer.
Sorry, but there was no short answer to you very simple question!!!
Chase,
Thanks for the friend add. The location near Bry, (Downtown Vancouver, Washington) is a warehouse distributor. I don't have that address handy but if you call the main office of Flair Packaging Group 920-574-3121 they can provide you with a distributor near you. This is their website,
