Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

We have a coffee shop in the front of our Roastery where we elevate the experience of drinking great coffee. We feature hard to find coffees from Thailand, Lao, Matagojipi from Nicaragua and Haiti coffee... all on our brew bar.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I travel often to Nicaragua and Costa Rica. I have relationship with farmers in both countries where I export 3-4 container a year in a direct-trade model. I also travel annually to Thailand and Lao working to import from those countries.

About Me:

I have worked for a Church agency for the past 20 years. Through direct-trading traceable brands of coffee to the farms where they are produced, we are adding value and improving the lives of the workers. My passion is working to alleviate poverty among coffee pickers and growers, not with hand outs (addicting aid) but through paying fair prices and rewarding their labor.

About My Company:

We are direct-importers of fine coffee and roast these coffees to perfection on a Sivetz roaster.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

the connection of the picker and the drinker... and they will never know each other.
