Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am a serious student of coffee and all that entails, first of all. My shop carries organic, fair-trade coffee. Only the best shots go across the counter to our customer/family. We strive to be the best we can be.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Guatemala, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Tanzania, pretty much every coffee producing country:)

About Me:

I have been studying all aspects of the Specialty Coffee field for over 10 years and actively participating the last 5 when I finally acquired my own shop. My desire is to put out the best coffee possible along with giving out to people the best experience ever; not only in their drink but in making their day and week the best it can be through encouragement and an attitude of caring.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I like the return to the early days of Specialty coffee that is starting to happen now in Portland where there is a sense of comraderie amongst new coffee shops.
