Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have done a Barista course and I work, both, at the Cafeteria of the Museu do Café of Santos in Brazil (a world famous touristic point), and working there gave me a great knowledge on the whole process of coffee. I have a good knowledge of the entire process of coffee such as: history of coffee, machine operation, caffeine chemistry, grinding, tamping, roasting, milk frothing and steaming, coffee plant cultivation, correct storage, water temperature, extration times, and more. I have abilities to handle espresso, milk-based and iced drinks, steaming milk and adjusting the grind. At this moment I am responsible for the roast machine at the Cafeteria do Museu de Santos.

About Me:
I have a great pleasure working as a Barista, talking to different people, selling coffee and preparing new recipes using coffee. I speak: Portuguese(mothertongue), English(fluent), German(fluent), Swedish(good), Danish(good), French(very good), Dutch and Italian and Spanish (good comprehension). I am interested in cultures, anthropology, history, science, physics, chemistry, languages and historical linguistics. At this moment I am studying Linguistics at the University in Brazil, and also learning Hebrew, Arabic and Greek.
About My Company:
The Museu do Café of Santos is famous for its history. All the coffees sold there are export type. We sell and prepare just specialty brazilian coffees such as Alta Mogiana, Yellow Bourbon, Cerrado de Minas, South of Minas, Chapadão do Ferro ( a coffee cultivated over a volcanic soil) and Organic.
