I'm about to embark on offering my customers several coffees/or blends to choose from when ordering espresso. I'm interested in the response this will give my shop.

Fell in love with coffee in the late 70's and then happened onto a job selling coffee in 1981. I haven't lost my passion for coffee yet. I feel invigorated and renewed by what it's given us.
