- I'm actually just getting into the field of coffee. In October 07’ I attended and completed the advanced latte art class at ABC’s in Portland, Oregon. I currently work as a cook at a family- owned restaurant. I have 8 years of experience in the operation and managing of a restaurant. My fiancé and I are currently in the process of opening our own coffee house.
