- ParkGrounds has an Astoria Argenta and we hand brew Counter Culture with a custom made pour-over bar.
At Millcreek we rock a Nuova Simonelli Aurelia and the ever complicated but fascinating Fetco Extractor.
Neither of those espresso machines have my heart. I would like to make sweet love to the Elektra Barlume Classic.

- Opened ParkGrounds in early 2007. Moved to Utah so I could be a good Dad in early 2009. Currently doing training, and sales for Millcreek Coffee Roasters. I was trained by the lovely Margaret Thompson of Batdorf and Bronosn and eventually got some real solid skills from david LaMont and Byron Holcomb of Counter Culture. Out here in Utah my skill building is a trial and error, practice and read process.

- Millcreek Coffee Roasters is a Salt Lake City based micro-roaster. Greg Austin is the roast master and he is as legit as they come. Cares about quality. Millcreek has some marketing hills to climb but we're getting there.
