For an exchange I would love to visit Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, or just about any city in Europe.
About Me:
I found myself a serious Barista about 1 year ago. The strange thing that I have found about passions is that they have a way of choosing you rather than you choosing them. Thus, coffee seemed to choose me. I don't know what coffee's ultimate purpose is for me. But I plan to help make coffee the catalyst which improves the economic outlook in communities which need money to develop and erase the social malaise from communities which are overdeveloped. Coffee for people's sake. What could happen when our senses are finely tuned to quality? Could we wake up?

Phoenix Coffee is Cleveland Premier specialty coffee roaster. We have a strong history in the coffee business and we are improving everyday. We live in a myth. Our city is in decline and we shall rise from the ashes to create beauty where there was ugly, something where there was nothing, unity where there was divorce, harmony where there was cacophony.
