- Started home roasting about 6 years ago and within a few weeks it turned into an all consuming passion. Now my goal is to have a Roastery/Retail shop in the Tri-Cities, Wa.

- My company is dedicated to the specialy coffee industry and maintaining as much of the origin of the coffee as possible. I don't want to be the biggest coffee roaster but I do want to be the best coffee roaster I can.

Mainly we're going to try three different coffees, from different growing regions, different processing, and different roasts. I did one in January and it was fun. I will say right now, you probably know more about coffee than I do. But I definitely know more than most of the people taking the class. It's at the community center in Richland on Saturday from 10-12.
