I'm the Queen of Quickbooks, a two year vet of Peet's with a stint at a couple of places in London. A barista-trained wholesale accountant who happens to be learning a thing or two about production-side affairs, the glories of running a small business in a recession, and keeping 15 communication threads ordered while not disturbing my french tips...and the chemex.
