Two years ago I landed my dream job at Ozo Coffee Roasters. I am the production manager and have the magically inspiring opportunity to roast coffee with Nolan Dutton! After years of slingin the tamp, I can say this evolution has been highly anticipated!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Niburu and a few random star clusters...

Over the years I have worked in many different venues as a beverage alchemist from the Midwest to Burning Man. In general, I am into all things cosmic and revolutionary. In regards to my career, I thrive in a communal, productive environment, so coffeeshops have been a great creative outlet!

About My Company:

Ozo Coffee Company was opened by Justin Hartman almost five years ago. Since that time, he has grown his company to include a roastery and a second shop location. We are a dedicated group of coffee professionals with the enthusiasm to keep growing, while always upholding constant emphasis on quality in everything we do.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I love the interconnectedness of the people, the constant educational process, the ego-deconstruction of working in a team environment.. and maybe most of all, I love the coffee!!!
