Its a busy place or type of work bt i love every second of it, i do some late art, bt ofcourse the r days when it really not working out, quiet an old machine (rancillio)1993,94 bt its working well

usa,austria,canada sweden,france,italy thailand,norway,brazil,and denmark
About Me:
i've visited southafrica, and made some reseach but
the coffee here is not good, i think its not really the coffee, bt baristas in southafrica need a lot of training i mean great equipments, nice ambiance, the machines r just good, they r just better than those in uganda,but honestly most of the baristas i've tried to talk to don't even know that they are baristas,i think thats why their coffee is bad

Yes I would agree, coffee is an industry which is speckled, or should I say bejewelled, with many pleasant suprises- the biggest one being the quality of the people you encounter from the farmers to the retailers :)
