Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am classed as an intermediate Barista by SCAA standards. I do get to practise as I would like. One day I would love to compete in a Barista contest. Hopefully I can convince Serna to come back to Barbados to conduct some training with my Baristas and prep for such.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

i travel all the time, I would add Seattle to my wish list

i have been in the coffee industry for eleven yrs and loving every minute of it

About My Company:

I manage six coffee shops, i also wholesale coffee and related items to other coffee shops, restaurants and hotels. I also provide service to coffee shops, hotels and restaurants and cruiseships with their coffee machines, grinders, blenders and juice machines. We also provide vending machin and product as well as service on these machines. I attend all the SCAA shows and workshops and I am a member of SCAA.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

There is so much to learn about coffee. I am looking at roasting and that is just another journey for me
