I have 16 years of industry knowledge in all aspects from cupping, blending, cafe layout and design, to expert knowledge of all espresso, coffee and tea beverage equipment.

I have been surrounded my Coffee and Tea since I was young. I am the fourth generation of a family Coffee roasting company. I have been fortunate enough to have experienced all aspects of what we do. I love this industry because of the people who share my passion.

Lacas Coffee is one of the nation's oldest family run coffee roaster/importer. We have been around since 1921. Now, as the third generation of our family operates the business, we continue to personally inspect, sample and select our coffee beans in order to guarantee a quality and consistency unmatched in our industry.
