Profile Information

What is your position in the coffee industry?
coffee shop owner, coffee enthusiast
Where are you located? ( City and Country )
New York, Brooklyn, Nth williamsburg
How many years have you been in the industry?
I''ve been in this for many years, you could say ten years or more, but as a coffee shop lover, wherever i had travel i find my self looking for the best coffee shop in area. so my inersting in coffee go backs many years before i start working, with my brother Bassam, on opening a coffee shop in NY, so in my situaution, as an writer and video artist, who's the coffee shop for him its a platform for his working, writing, reading, and enjoy having a good cup of coffee, for this kind of person who i am, its hard to answer this question in a way like that "1 years" " 3 years" in way like you fill an application. its really hard to tell as its hard to distinguish part of your life from another and then to count it!
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Here we are again, so before i start tell you guys about our coffee shop, please excuse for a weak of my languge skills as im recently start taught my self English language. and for one who is in my situation it would be better for both of us, you and me, to googling El Beit in brooklyn, nth williamsburg, to have an idea about El beit coffee shop, and as my language skills are improving i will get back to you and tell you about EL BEIT in my word, until that you can read some review about El Beit coffee shop, which has been wrote it in several websites and magazine

About My Company:
While Williamsburg is generally a late-to-wake neighborhood (most brunch places don’t get crowded until around 1 pm), with the arrival of El Beit (158 Bedford Ave. at North Ninth Street in Williamsburg), a new high-end coffee shop, perhaps locals will find themselves awake and properly caffeinated more regularly.
