Job Description :
- Initial Store Set up & Brew-master Training.
- Support all new store openings and remodels, provide training to ensure execution of the core service principles of the Café.
- Motivate and provide positive recognition to team members through company recognition programs.
Skills :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any cafe as a Cafe Manager.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
- Demonstrated knowledge of cafe and food industries from both a company-owned and franchise leadership perspective
