well mmm. I went to berklee college of music so art is my thing. I picked up the trade unusually fast. I work for starbuck so there is a multiplex of drinks to be made. but speed friendly with customers and cleanliness and knowing customers drinks are my strong points. that is to say that the quality is top notch and goes without saying. timing. backround information on coffees around the world. pairings, teas etc. I also have accumulated quite a bit of trivial knowledge about the company just to have small talk. you know that wierd moment when the customers staring at you as your making their drink!!LOL for that moment. I rotate and date everything! always always always. some coworkers say that I dont have to "cadillac" everything as they say but hey thats how I role!:)
